Thinking about starting an Airbnb, beginner advice?

Hi everyone,
I’m completely new to Airbnb and thinking about starting out as a host to build a small side business.

I’m not sure where to begin, should I focus on setting up the space first, researching pricing, or understanding the platform rules?

If you could give one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
