Hi, I'm @Anne from Ireland. I'm thinking of setting up a listing for B&B with Airbnb in my own home. Any tips and advice would be most welcome. I live in a nice rural area in the centre of the country but within easy reach of main transport routes. I play pickleball for fun and enjoy meeting people.
Thank you.

@Anne-And-Patrick3 I suggest you search for Airbnbs in your area both shared homes and entire places. Looking at say their August calendars could give you an idea of occupancy rates and also the likely rate per night you could get (remembering to take off Airbnb's fees).
Depending on how expensive it will be to set up your place then it may just be a case of trying it and see if it works.

Thank you Mike and Jane. I will do that. I appreciate your advice.
