It's important to have the unit available prior to advertising. 

This will make a difference.

Hey Gordon I have the same question. We recently bought time shares through Holiday Inn Club Vacations and wanted to see about renting out through Airbnb. Have you went ahead and listed your timeshares with Airbnb?

We have listed our timeshare on Airbnb. 

Pictures are very important because the renters expect what pictures show including the view.

The only issue we have had is renovated units vs non renovated units.

Renovated units are not always available based on how busy the resort is.
