2 times already Airbnb has notified us that our registration has been denied by the City of Toronto.
We call the city and no issues on their end.
Can fix the listing, but can create another one and everything is fine.
Then it happened again. July 4th and 12th.
Again city claims nothing wrong. We have only had it since June 21st after they came for an inspection of the property.
It is frustrating and a terrible experience for both guests and myself.
Does anyone know if there is a fix/work around for this issue. It has to be an airbnb issue and they do absolutely nothing about it.
They just simply send us a link on how to register with the city of toronto and close the case saying it is resolved.
These supervisors are horrible, never helpful at all in our 3 years on the platform. They must get paid by the resolved case because that is all they say each time but do absolutely nothing.
Any help is appreciated.
