I want to transfer a listing from my account to another airbnb host. Is there a way to do this without reuploading all the photos and descriptions. Thank you.

I think the only way you can get around it is to link both of them by going to the menu next to the caledar under management at the very bottom and click on additional hosts. Send an invitation to each of the accounts and you will be able to access both from each profile. I think this is the only way you will also not lose reviews. If you do want to start over, you can snooze the existing account after you have created the new one. Once you have honoured all your bookings you can delist it.
Hello and good day!
Anyone else still trying to check if this is possible?
We have a serious reason why listings cannot be monitored/maintained on the original account any longer. All the listings and bookings will still be maintained. Unfortunately, the original host on the main account passed away so now a direct family member will take over the listings to continue to maintain them on his account. This is really important as we have to manage the listings and upcoming bookings. I hope someone can be of help.
You aren’t the primary host of the listing you would have to make a new listing under your account.
Thanks for your advice Lisa, this is what I'm going to do to help my mum. I have her house listed on my account with her as a co-host, but now she has her own account so we have the same house on 2 listings. however, I have 2 of her bookings on my account for July so I want to stop any more until after her guests have left so I can delist it. How can I snooze her account on my profile?
Hello everyone!
I read your topic and I am in a similar situation and I would ask for your advice.
We currently run an account with many listings, as we are property managers and we still waiting for some reservations to come up. However, for a separate listing we have created a second account, before adding this listing to the account with all other listings of ours. So my question has to do with:
As we are waiting for upcoming payouts and reservations, can we "transfer" or "merge" (if am using the right word..) this only one listing and their bookings and reviews with the other account?
I found on help center the following , but I am not understanding what means API-Connected listings directly on AIRBNB? and if this is relevant to my issue
I found that
How can I merge and publish API-connected listings directly on Airbnb?
If you already have an Airbnb account and existing listings, you may need to merge these listings with new listings created from your software. Merging listings ensures that you don’t create any duplicates and that you keep your existing content and reviews.
If you recently imported listings through your software, Airbnb will have emailed you to let you know that we received the listings, but they may need to be merged. You can start the merging process by following the directions in that email, or by navigating directly to the Airbnb Sync page.
How to merge listings on Airbnb
If you don’t see all of your listings that means they’re still syncing from your software. Wait a few minutes until you receive an email confirmation and, if necessary, merge these listings.
Basically, I don't want to loose a review that recently got from a guest and of course my upcoming reservations and payouts
Could you please advice at your earliest convenience?
Thank you

As this is a technical question @Turquoise0 you will be better asking Airbnb directly.
I have the same issue, I want to transfer listing to another account because I only manage the listing booking and I dont want to have to declare a 100% income for a job that I only do 15% for bookings, How do Airbnb host manage this issue?
after i invited another host, so she can view the listing. will she be able to manage the listing w review if i delete my account? Thanks,
Hello folks,
I recently called in to transfer, actually more of make a copy than transfer, a listing to another account. That ability doesn't work as they do not see how it could be useful...
I explained to the representative that it would be easier when a property is sold than to copy every line of description and such. The guy told me it could be a great idea. Again, this will NOT transfer rating nor reviews as they are bind to the person, not the listing. Recently, I transfered a listing onto a new account and it took me 4 hours to retrieve the same pictures and all details... Way too long in my honest opinion...
The representative told me to suggest that functionality via this link: https://www.airbnb.com/help/feedback
I kindly as you: submit this in feedback, takes only a few minutes. If we have enough people interested in this, we will have it available soon. 🙂
Happy New Year,
Laurent
Laurent is right - Airbnb isn't making it easy. We're selling our vacation house and the new owners want to continue to occasionally rent it out like we did. Airbnb won't allow a transfer of the materials to a new account. So they'll have to do it from scratch. What's even more frustrating is that we'll have to cancel the guests and get them to rebook immediately to the new account. Airbnb should know that properties do change hands, and sometimes sales occur very quickly. Both hosts and guests would be better served with a way to transfer bookings to a newly created account using the same property materials.
So, got it- listings cant be transferred so a new listing should be created. Can I sync both calendars so I can avoid double booking while transitioning with the co-host recommendation on top?
It's been 4 years since the first post about this issue. Wondering if Airbnb has made an changes and will now allow listings to be transferred to another host. Please let me know if anything has been updated. Thanks!
The issue stays the same, unfortunately. We have two listings under my profile and a co-host. We now need to transfer one listing to the co host’s account (so same person and same house) but this cannot be done via Airbnb so we need to create a whole new listing under the new account - not transferring neither bookings or ratings. Problematic as really nothing is changing other than account (who was co host before). But Airbnb are not changing this apparently.
