Trying to get a home sharing extended renewal permit from city of Los Angeles

Is anyone else having difficulty getting their home sharing extended permit renewal year after year? I email, call & even went to downtown LA and no one is able to get my renewal permit on time!

I submitted in November and still haven't received anything. I was renewed in mid-February last year. I have left messages and emailed. I've been doing this for 9+ years and this is the longest it's been! I've checked and it keeps saying "pending review."

I have been going through the same thing. I keep getting messages that don’t make sense when I try to pay. I.E.submission failed ,invalid user. I have been emailing and calling for 3 months. I drove down today and no one could help me. Are you able to stay on airbnb without it?

I have the same issue. What happens without the extended permit? Does Airbnb blocks my calendar? What should I do if someone books for future time when I don't have the permit?
