Two Different LLCS
Hello, I have two houses on my account each are under a different LLC with different EIN's.
Can someone help me confirm if I have a bank account assigned to each house and a tax document added to my account it will be assigned to the right one? I hope that makes sense because you can only default one tax payer information.

Hi Nicole!
You will need to check the listing settings on your desktop, you can’t always see on mobile (at least not my version). From there, look at the payout method tied to that home.
The easiest way for tax and bookkeeping purposes is to tie each listing to a separate payout method and each payout method to a separate tax profile.
The fact that you have different LLCs for each home shows that you know what you are doing! That makes the accountant side of me smile.
Thanks!

Hi Nicole, I've been through this more than a few times... the below steps will ensure you have the correct bank account and tax ID set for each listing under the same Airbnb account.
1. Make sure each Tax ID is Set
Under Account Settings
Go to Taxes and select Taxpayers (https://www.airbnb.com/account-settings/taxes/taxpayers)
From there you can confirm each Tax info is added, or select to "Add new tax info" to add new.
2. Make sure to set up each bank account and Assign taxpayer to each
Under Account Settings
Go to Payments and select Payouts (https://www.airbnb.com/account-settings/payments/payout-methods)
Under section "How you get paid" search for your bank account and it will show which Taxpayer info is assigned
You can also add or edit a Bank account and can select to "Assign taxpayer"
3. Set up the bank routing rules for each Listing
Under Account Settings
Go to Payments and select Payouts (https://www.airbnb.com/account-settings/payments/payout-methods)
Under section "How you split your payouts" search for your listing and select to edit/add a bank routing rule.
From there you can confirm the correct bank account is routed or select to route to the correct bank account.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
