Hiya, does anyone know how to get information from the past year's Airbnb calendar? The annual audit at Angus Coucil requests that I list names, length of stay and costs of guests from 2025/26. I'm getting nowhere with the calendar. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Rona-and-Bryan0
You're not looking in the right area but you know that😃 You need to click on the Revenue section and you need to go onto your past bookings and create a personalised revenue report by entering dates in the calendar you see per year.
Here is an Airbnb on how to find your earnings report:

Hope this does the trick😉

Thank you Joelle43.
It's not just earnings, it's the names of our guests, number of nights they stayed and what they paid that we need to know.
The earnings guide will be helpful for my tax return though.
Many thanks for your help. 🙂
@Rona-and-Bryan0 the information on how many nights the booker stayed with their name is all there but you have to click on each amount to see that.
uou can download a CSV report to your email.
Some hosts keep an excel sheet of all this info as and when they receive their bookings.
I'm still too glaikit to make it work.
Maybe it's because I'm on my phone, I will try it on the computer later.
Many thanks for your time. 🙂
Braw tae see a guid Scottish word bein used. I keep a spreadsheet wi details o all ma bookings and financial transactions. Then ye dinnae fash yersel. Ye cannae rely on Airbnb.
