I am requesting an immediate and serious review of my payout case, including the entire email thread dating back to July, all payment records, payout-method history, and my recorded calls with Airbnb Customer Support and Senior Case Managers (SCMs).
This issue has gone on far too long, and I am extremely frustrated with how it has been handled.
1. I received multiple confirmations that my payout was sent
I received notifications five separate times indicating that my payout method was ready to receive the payout.
This involved both:
The communications also indicated that the payout had been sent/released.
Please review the email history from July onward. These are not assumptions on my part. These are communications coming directly from Airbnb.
If Airbnb's system says the payout was sent, but my bank confirms that no funds were received or are pending, then there is clearly a discrepancy that needs to be investigated at the system/payment level.
2. I repeatedly received incorrect information from Airbnb agents
I have spoken with multiple Customer Support agents and Senior Case Managers.
There were calls where agents:
I have already escalated the agents involved, yet I still do not see any meaningful resolution.
If this is considered a Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) or a serious customer-service violation, then I expect Airbnb to actually review the recorded calls and investigate what happened.
This is especially concerning because these interactions occurred on recorded lines, meaning Airbnb has the ability to verify exactly what was said.
3. The Payment Team is not accounting for how banking works in the Philippines
This appears to be one of the major missing pieces in this investigation.
Your Payment representative, Rama, requested my Statement of Account, and I provided it.
I waited for an update, only to be asked again for the same documentation. I provided an updated Statement of Account as requested.
Rama then provided me with a PDF/document that I brought to my bank.
However, my bank explained that they cannot trace or verify the transaction using that document because they do not have the capability to do so on their end.
Banking procedures here in the Philippines are not necessarily the same as banking procedures in the United States or other countries.
I have already explained this repeatedly to Airbnb.
I personally contacted my bank, and they confirmed that they cannot see any incoming funds, pending funds, or upcoming payout based on the information Airbnb provided.
I should not be expected to repeatedly go back and forth between Airbnb and my bank when I have already done everything Airbnb requested from me.
4. I need Airbnb to investigate the possibility of a system/payment processing issue
At this point, I believe there may be a discrepancy or technical issue within Airbnb's payout system or payment processing chain.
I am asking Airbnb to stop simply repeating the same troubleshooting steps and instead conduct a proper investigation into:
5. I have remained professional despite the seriousness of this situation
I am aware that there may already be a tag or note on my account.
However, I want the recorded calls reviewed in their entirety.
Despite being extremely frustrated after dealing with this issue for months, I have maintained my professionalism during my calls with Airbnb.
I did not use profanity toward your agents, threaten anyone, or behave inappropriately.
I have continued to explain my situation and cooperate with every request made by Airbnb.
I am asking that the same level of professionalism and accountability be provided to me in return.
6. I am requesting a proper escalation and actual ownership of this case
I am not asking for another generic response telling me that the payout was "released."
I already know that Airbnb's system says it was released.
I need Airbnb to determine where the money actually went.
Please have this case reviewed by someone with the authority and technical access to investigate the payout at the payment-processing level, rather than simply transferring the case between Customer Support and Payment representatives.
I also want the July email thread, payout history, payout-method history, payment documentation, and recorded calls with the CM/SCM representatives reviewed as part of this investigation.
This has already caused a significant impact on my business and finances.
I have cooperated with Airbnb throughout this process. I have provided the requested bank statements, contacted my bank multiple times, followed the instructions of your Payment representatives, and continued waiting for a resolution.
I am now asking Airbnb to take ownership of the issue and provide a clear, evidence-based explanation of what happened to my payout and where the funds currently stand.
7. If Airbnb continues to ignore this, I may have no choice but to make the situation public
At this point, I honestly feel that the only way left for me to get this issue taken seriously may be to document and share my entire experience publicly on social media.
That would include the payout notifications, email correspondence, timeline of events, my attempts to cooperate with Airbnb, and my experience dealing with Customer Support and Senior Case Managers.
I have tried to resolve this through the proper internal channels for months. I have repeatedly cooperated, provided documentation, contacted my bank, followed Airbnb's instructions, and waited for updates.
I would much rather have Airbnb resolve this directly and professionally than have to publicly document what has happened.
I am not looking for another generic response or another request to wait.
I am asking for someone with the appropriate authority to take ownership of this case, investigate the discrepancy, review the communications and recorded calls, and finally provide a concrete resolution.
Please take this matter seriously.

@Elijah-Shalom0 Its just not going to happen. You can demand all you want but this is a community centre of hosts and guests - No one here can do any of what you want.
Either keep trying via support or accept that you need to raise a claim against Airbnb in court. Those are the only realistic options I am afraid
