Unauthorized discount given by Airbnb

When previewing my property and putting rental dates in of 7 days it shows that I am giving a 35 discount which i did not agree to. I checked my setting and it said 0% discount given for weekly. Why it saying 3%?

I also made a promotion discount for certain 6 day rental. Someone booked 5 days and still received the the discount. What gives? Airbnb has not retuned my messages and I am feeling a bit irritated. Can someone please help. Thanks

@Christine2705 If I look to book the place I don't see any discount being given. You aren't looking at the host payout are you?

I just had a guest get a 34% discount that I did not enter. I changed the discount to 5% from 34%. I never entered the 34%.

Has this happened to anyone else?
