Upcoming payout not being paid out

Hi there. 

I have a pending payout from early November which hasn't been paid out. The amount is more than the minimum payout amount, so not sure why it hasn't come through. 

 

Just wondering if anyone has ever had this; and how it was resolved?

You need to contact Airbnb for this issue. Sometimes i payout is not released automatically, so Airbnb has to intervene manually. Was there a issue with the reservation ?

I experienced it twice and it took a long time before it was resolved, as Airbnb CS can not solve it themself and can only forward the issue to the Financial Department.

Thanks so much @Emiel1. It was a simple booking for 1 night with no changes. 

 

I was looking on their website for an email address or way to contact them but couldn't figure it out. Any chance you have a contact for me?

When logged in at Airbnb you need to  use: Airbnb Help: contact 

and make the right choices in the menus and try to avoid/pass the "answer-robots".

 

If you are lucky you end up in a chat session with an Airbnb CS rep, otherwise you need to wait for an answer on your message.

I have not been paid for the last 6 resevations amount owed is over 166K INR. It is showing up as an upcoming payout but it is not getting paid.It has been overdue now for 3 Weeks and customer service is not much help other than saying " give it a few more days" everytime.

There is no escalating process and there is no connect between customer service and finance to excatly pinpoint the issue.

@Ashit6 you could go on Twitter to make a public complaint. At some point small claims court action might be needed or you can hope @Nick persuades Customer Services to get their act together. Good luck and let us know if this gets sorted.

Mine hasn't been resolved. I am owed nearly £1,00 and despite over 60 emails back and forth and the many promises to date I have not been paid. I was awarded superhost status for the 13th time but this has made me feel I will with draw from airbnb as they do not pay you!
