Updating Prices

Can anyone help me please!

I list a number of properties with Airbnb.

When I update the pricing on one of them, it updates them all with the same prices.

How can I stop this happening please?

The only thing I can think of is you are updating prices through your app and not the computer. sometimes this can happen. I would go to one listing, individually, and set the minimum with flexible rates. This way it will never go below the minimum rate you set but will fluctuate higher during certain seasons. Make sure you click on one listing at a time to set rates. Hope this works, Good Luck!
