Hi all - Im new to Airbnb and would love to gain some insight into the local regulations for getting my Airbnb up and running in Upstate NY, specifically the Saratoga Springs area. Thank you!

Failing that, have you heard of the Local Host Clubs? It might be worth popping there for more area specific regulations and licences, cleaners and things like that. Please let me know how you get on.
