Dear Hosts,
My host account under the name “Nisa Nur” has not been verified for approximately 20 days. As a result, I have not been able to receive my pending payout of 83,000 TL. While my account is still active and usable, I am facing an issue specifically with receiving payments.
During this period, I have submitted all required information, including my ID, tax details, and bank account information, completely and accurately. I have contacted customer support multiple times via phone, email, and the app. However, each time I was only told to wait, without any concrete solution being offered.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue before? If so, how was it resolved? I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide more detailed information or guidance on how to proceed.

I am sorry to hear you're facing payment issues. Have you been able to resolve this with the help of Customer Support since you posted?
In such cases, I've seen hosts in the Community Center also suggest updating the payout method. Have you tried it out yet?
