Vacation cohost support help!

Hi everyone!

My husband and I manage several Airbnb properties together, and we're planning to be out of the country for 25 days later this year. One challenge we've run into is covering the hours when we'll be asleep because of the time difference.

We're trying to figure out the best way to ensure guests still receive prompt responses in the event of an urgent message or issue overnight (our time).

Has anyone ever arranged something like this with another host? We'd love to hear how you've handled it.

We're also wondering if anyone would be interested in:
- Swapping support (covering each other's messages during overnight hours , 4pm-10pm Florida time when one of us is traveling), or
- Providing overnight co-host support for an agreed fee.

We already have our operations, cleaners, maintenance, and everything else in place, so this would mainly be keeping an eye on guest messages and responding to anything time-sensitive while we're offline.

If you've done something similar or would be interested in discussing it, I'd love to connect. Traveling internationally while managing Airbnb properties can be a bit of a balancing act, so I'm curious to hear what has worked for others.
