Virtual Credit Cards

Booking.com have provided me with a virtual credit card as payment for a holiday rental. The company I use for taking credit card payment is  MyPOS and they are not allowing me the use of Virtual credit card until I provide them with a mass of informationand and are really slow at getting back to me. Anyone have any ideas?
