What do I need to register as ?

Hi all , we have 2 caravans that we rent out as well as use ourselves, plus we rent out a mates van for them as well , all listed under my account on here , but we don’t make any profit so haven’t bothered registering, but air bnb have told us we need to 

I don’t have a clue where to start 

help please 

3 vans on a holiday park in camber sands 

people stay 3,4,7,10 nights max off peak some 2 night stays too 

we have a lot of outlay and we don’t charge the earth so our bookings cover our costs 

but we need to decare it 

what how, what one ? Etc

@Natalie1168 Is Airbnb suggesting you register for tax? If so I would agree with them if your revenue is greater than £1000 per year (from memory). It is irrelevant that you do not make a profit although I can't see the point of letting the vans if there is no profit involved.
