What is the current market rate for STR cleaners in Columbus, Ohio?

Does any host/co-host in Columbus, OH mind sharing what is considered the current market price or price range for a standard STR turnover? If you can add basic duties, that would be helpful. I have good cleaners and want to make sure I am paying them a fair wage. At the same time, I have to make sure I am not "overpaying" them as all it does is drive up the rate for other hosts. Is it a bad idea to estimate what the price range would be off of the cleaning fees from select listings as well as the bid rates I am getting through Turno? I'm sure some hosts deliberately have lower cleaning fees and subsidize the rest from their nightly rate, but I can't imagine the spread is that great.

To provide some context, I have a 2B/1B that is around 820 sf. In terms of duties, my turnovers include in-house laundry (I have an extra capacity washer and dryer, with a speed wash cycle), cleaning bathroom and kitchen, dusting, replenishing amenities and checking to make sure my streaming platforms are logged in.

@C--Natasha0 I am a cleaner my rates are $65 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath. $25 each additional bed/bath. That's your basic cleaning including laundry. Or $20-25 hourly with a minimum 2 hours.
