Who brings the trash from the house to the curb/street when there is a really long driveway?

The city of Twentynine Palms (nearby Joshua Tree), CA will only pick up trash if it's 30 feet from the curb/street. Ours is much further. What do you all do if you are in this same situation?

@Elizabeth2070 You take the trash to the street or arrange a private trash collection. If your question is what should guests do then I really don't think you can ask them to take the trash out

@Elizabeth2070  We do not ask our guests to take the trash to the curb.  Instead, we have arranged to have the trash taken off site by our maintenance person at the end of each guest visit.  Your only other option is to create a trash corral that is less than the required distance from the street and inform your guests that the cans stay in that location, even if it means they have to walk their trash to the cans rather than have a can next to the house.  You may have to have the city trash collector approve the corral location.
