Who is selling products & creating additional revenue?

I have an Airbnb and a very popular location. I am a coach and I would love to grow my coaching business, but I also hope people lose weight. I also think there’s a possibility if I sold actual products I could make money, but I don’t want it to be a lot of time and overhead and promoting my own coaching business in the Airbnb, which seems like it would be easy there wouldn’t be a lot of products and things that I have to fix or update or the housekeeper have to. Does anybody have Coaching and feedback on how I could add an additional stream of revenue marketing to my Airbnb clients.
