Wister Insurance???

I’m expanding into cohosting and want to ensure I’m properly insured. I found Wister online that specializes in co-hosting policies but ai wanted to do some independent research to see if anyone here uses them and what they think of their experience and services.

As a cohost my owners take out home insurance for STRs as the property owners .

how are you able to take out insurance against a property you don't own as the cohost?  @Hannah1520
