World Cup Rentals (NY/NJ)

Hi everyone! I’m new to air bb hosting. I would love to constantly rent my space a few weekends a month and I would love to pick the brains of people that have been doing this for a while and ask how your rentals went in the beginning when you first started listing your space. Also, my big question I have is for the upcoming World Cup this summer. My place sleeps 6 and had one bathroom and is in the heart of montclair and 7 miles from MetLife. I’ve done a lot of research and short-term rentals near the World Cup. Especially this close could go for upwards of 300% higher based on data from previous world cups and other countries. I was wondering what other people in my area within a similar distance are doing and what you’re thinking of pricing your space for from 1 June to the final in July (20th I believe). I’d love to hear from some other people and what everybody’s thinking. I really look forward to talking!!
