using airbnb we reserved a condo on clearwater beach for month of may (bucket list vaca) we received confirmation apr 14 on apr 28 V trips(where we are to pick up key) cancelled....any help?

Sorry I don't understand your question.  Is your problem picking up the keys OR that the host cancelled your booking? When is your booking?
