different listings for listings for different dates

With our property, sometimes we are shared space and offer a lower price (we might be home), and often we are out of town, want to list those weekends as a whole house, and post a higher price.   I understand i can change prices by dates, but cannot figure out how to have different listings by different dates.  Any one know how to do this, or if its even possible.  THANK YOU
