Please advise! Somehow the top of my listing was correct with one bedroom and the bedding situation as well as the pictures of the apartment. However in the bottom, my mistake, it showed a queen bed in the living room. Guest is upset there is not 2 queen beds, one in bedroom and one in living room. The pictures are correct and top was correct but bottom pictures with beds wrong. What type of discount should i offer?
I guess it depends on how long they are staying, how many people, and if there are enough beds for the guests.
You could provide a good inflatable mattress which would cost around $100, or give the guest a $100 discount, whichever they prefer.

Which now shows 1 queen bed in the bedroom, 1 sofabed and 1 couch in the livingroom as sleeping facilities. BTW the listing still says: 2 beds
If the guests are two couples, one couple will probably be disappointed to sleep on a sofabed and a couch.
Ask the guests how to solve the issue !

WE CALLED MAID AND THEY SENT IN A HUSBAND & WIFE GROUP AROUND 80 YEARS OLD. IT WAS PRICELESS! I WENT TO THE FAMILY DOLLAR AND BOUGHT CLEANING SUPPLIES. OUR STANDARDS ARE VERY HIGH! JUST SAYING!
The listing says “pets on an individual basis” which is somewhat confusing.
Something like, “Pets are allowed ONLY with the host’s written permission before booking.” would be better.
You might also request an additional cleaning fee for large dogs.
Hi! When things go sideways like this i usually offer an extra day with 90% discount and i go buy them some snacks and whatnot!
Keep customers happy! (Unless they are trashing the place or something like that, then just call support)
