Hi , I found a  discount in my announce that I've never registered , but  I 'm not been able  to contact the customer assistance. Could  you help me ?

Your listing is new and has the 20% promotional discount on it for the first 3 bookings.

This is communicated to you when you created the listing and also visible in the listing calender under "promotions". Where you can also remove it, if desired. No need to contact CS for this.

Hi thanks. Hi cannot find " promotions" and I cannot apply any discount to the people  booking because we have high cost on that properties. Do you know I can speaker with some client assistant?
