editing business details

I need to edit my business details but am unable to find a way. There is an answer to another person saying go to account, professional hosting tools, manage.  But there is no button saying manage here.  I am able to edit address but not business registration number. Can anyone assist?

Hello @Julie3777 

I'm presuming you have already enabled pro tools on your host so the following steps will only work if this is the case:

From a laptop and not a phone go onto your host account:

==>On that landing page, to the right of your profile picture you see three lines on top of each other. You need to click on them.

==>You will find yourself on Menu and scroll down to Account settings

==>Scroll all the way down until you see Business details

==>On the right hand side of the split screen, you'll see all the business details showing, email, address, name of the company etc and then at the very bottom of the screen you see this:

If you need to edit the legal business name, business registration details or any additional business info, you can make updates here.

When you press "make updates here" you'll see a pop up window appear that tells you that the business account will have to go through checks which may take a few days and then the new business details will appear
