income tax for Furnished Holiday Home UK

Hi,

Can anyone explain what amount do I have declare as my income from Airbnb in UK:

1.) The amount that is paid into my account by Airbnb, or

2.) the above plus the host fee?

I'm using cash basis accounting.

@Jacek29 You need to include the Airbnb fees in the revenue box and then put the same fees into the return in the appropriate costs box.
