Does airbnb cover guests flying from different parts of the us (family reunion)? 

If one parties flight is cancelled for snow, etc?

@Alice1501 Airbnb's Aircover will not cover anyone in the party for weather related flight delays (or any flight delays for that matter). You ALL need travel insurance or take the risk yourselves.
