lost transfer

I'm host from may 2022, I received some payments from airbnb to my bak by wire transfer 
But from beginning of July till now there is no money come to my account but in program it show that payout is done 
in my bank they said to search for any transaction we need the "SWIFT MESSAGE " from sender bank
and I'm hosting gust after guest with no money received 
I contacted airbnb support team and they assure that money sent but they don't send swift message from sender bank
they give me documents with reference numbers which bank can't use as banks use only swift system worldwide

What shall I do?
