my payout methods

Hello .I am failing to enter my bank account in the payout methods .I cannot be directed to the WorldPay, to enter my bank account info

Did you manage to get this sorted out yet?  If not, let us know!

I had to remove the image in your post as it had what looked like a personal address in it - just in case you're wondering where it's gone.
