Hi

Am I right in saying Air b and b payout after the clients check out. If so can anyone tell me how at a glance I can see what payments are due to me from ALL my bookings that haven't yet checked out please?

No, Airbnb usually issues the payout the day after the guest checks in (not out) but it can still take a few days to reach your bank account.

To see your payments, including past, pending and future, from a browser, you go to 'menu' at the top and select 'transaction history'. Under 'completed payments' you will see both the past payments and the ones that are still processing. Click on the little arrow by the latter to see the expected date for it to reach you.

Under upcoming payments, you will see payments for future bookings, with the dates. This date is usually the day after check in but that's when they will start processing the payment, not when it will reach you.
