Multiple Hosts have experienced the same thing. Airbnb can require re-verification of Host (and Guest IDs). Warnings were sent, but to the traveling side of your account and many Hosts didn't see the warning:
You'll have to continue to contact Airbnb CS via phone or chat to resolve. When you go to your Account under Personal Info does it say Idenitity Verified?
William have you gotten the issue resolved? Owners of Airbnbs I co-host for are having the exact same issue. We’re not seeming to get any help yet from support, and all payouts are on hold.
