airbnb says payout to this account and estimated arrival of payout this date.. and until now i dont even received any... how we can assure with this if the payment will go thru airbnb before in our account.

Sorry, your message is not very clear.

Did you host a guest already?

Once a guest book at you place you will receive a message saying that a booking is confirmed.

1st payment usually happens 30 days after 1st guest check is.

After that, you usually get payment 1 day after guest check in.

Make sure you have payout information correct to receive the money (paypal / bank transfer, etc)

Also, I would suggest you review your listings, as they are not very clear. You say you can host 8 people, but that there are 2 bed (and a picture of 1 mattress on the floor). 

You should show all bedrooms and all beds - for a better chance to host.
