@Jane478 There have been countless posts on this issue lately. The number of posts seems to have increased recently, although not sure if that’s actually true…we just may be hearing about these problems more often for some reason.
One thing I can tell you in the cases I have seen is that the vast majority of people with problems with payouts get them resolved, sooner or later. I haven’t heard of a case yet where a payment has failed to ever get resolved. Sometimes the culprit has been an Airbnb glitch, sometimes the guest has changed info that ended up being problematic, etc., but eventually these problems have gotten ironed out and the hosts have received all of the payouts they have been entitled to.
This is not to say that the resolution process hasn’t been inefficient and the time to resolve excessive. As with anything else, there is always the potential and room for process improvements, and I’m sure the behind-the-scenes teams of Airbnb would agree.
