problem receiving payment from Airbnb

I am still waiting for Airbnb to pay a booking that started March 19. They say that, as the booking had two changes, they are facing problems charging the guests. Both changes on the original booking were confirmed by Airbnb, so i don't undertand what is the issue. I have another apartment in Lisbon, also on Airbnb, with all the bookings canceled since the beggining of March, so we are facing serious financial difficulties, wich i reported to Airbnb. Nevertheless, they don't care, acting opposite to what they announce, that they will help hosts affected by Covid-19.

I am very disappointed with Airbnb, as I have been a guest since 2012 and since October 2018 I have also been a host, and I never thought of going through this situation.
