We are a resort and due to policy changes my staff can no longer reach out to Airbnb or make any changes over the phone or even report issues with their integration as they are not me. My staff member was informed that they have to be on the account somewhere but they were not helpful with walking the staff member through on how to set that up. Does anyone know how to setup the teams feature and what needs to be done so my staff can manage Airbnb like they use to?
I believe Airbnb no longer supports creating new Teams? If you didn't already use Teams, you would have to use the Co Host structure in order for someone to communicate about the listings with Airbnb:

It does have the information on the support pages and offers the difference for creating co-host versus teams. When I spoke to Airbnb supprt they said I needed to set it up they would not walk my us through setting it up. My main reservation staff member never had any issues talking with Airbnb as her phone number is set as a point of contact as well as she has full access to the account to verify payout information email on file and phone number so she could authenticate the account. She has managed this account for 2 1/2 years with no issues till Saturday when she called to report an issue with their integration failing and prices and charges not being correct.
