on a laptop I don't use the app. I do everything from my home on my laptop for security. No need for an app.
Another Host mentioned this too...she said she found it by clicking the 3 lines top right. Here is the thread:
doesn't work for me . checked yesterday and today
Ok...the Hosts I work with don't opt in early, so I can't really trouble shoot until the software is released to the entire platform.
Try logging off Airbnb on all devices. Then log back in and see if that changes anything? Can't think of anything else to try.
Thanks for all the help I have eventually found it three lines >insights > conversion > views
an extra step and taken away daily views too
obviously catering for conglomerates not the tiny weeny guys like me who were the original basis of airbnb
thanks Joan.
@Fiona107 When I tap Insights it shows my Homes and Experiences, when I tap that it just shows my overall rating and my reviews. I don't see a page views option. What I am doing wrong? Thanks.
Another Host posted this screen shot of the Menu and you'll see Insights listed there...try clicking that? Let us know if that works?
Did not work. Goes to a resource center, and when I type in "page views", there are no search results for page views : / !
I would contact CS and ask the where those features have gone after the update?
It's no longer available. I reahed out yesterday and this was what they told me.
"Hi Tania,
I have checked with the system, After the update it is mentioned that the views tab will only be available to the property Hosts and there will be ratings tab for the experience Hosts. I am really sorry but the views option will not be available anymore for the experience listings.
If you unhappy with this, I can share the feedback to the specific teams and the team can look forward top the suggestion."
So, we're left out in the dark when it comes to reviewing our performance.
🙄🙄
That makes no sense that Airbnb would do that...I think it was unintentional as part of outsourcing Experiences to Elevate.
I hope Experience (and Services) Hosts provide feedback on this ASAP.
