why i am not getting any requests lately

it's been more than a month that I didn't get any requests. I used to get for my whole house and also one room to rent now I disabled the house for some reason and only been renting the room and not getting any requests for more than a month.

The current economic situation is affecting many places, as people have less disposable income. I've had to significantly reduce my prices compared to last year. In hindsight, last year was exceptional, with travel really picking up post-Covid restrictions.

Have you taken a look at your competition's rates and booking patterns? This might give you some insights into market trends in your area.
