0% five star reviews... even though my last review was 5 stars?

My stats say:

5 Star Trips - 0% of your trips. 

However, on my 'ratings from guests' section, it says that my last ratings for overall experience, cleanliness, accuracy, value, communication, arrival and location were all 5 star.  He was the 5th guest to stay.  So I know that at least 20% of my reviews have been 5 stars.  Can anyone help with this please?

The stats are notoriously buggy.

Yeah, I agree with Cynthia and Chris about the stats being buggy. I've had my stats be all over the place even though no new people had booked and therefore nothing should have changed for days. Then somehow, it would go back to where it was previously. Sometimes it takes several days for guest ratings to be reflected on the stats dashboard.
