20% discount for first time booking

I chose an option to offer my first customer 20% off but I don’t think it came off her amount. Is this something I need to refund to her?

@Kelli33 the discount should be applied when the booking is made: you shouldnt need to do anything. 

Click on the reservation details: it will give you the amount of payout. If it still seems wrong I would call Airbnb before speaking to the guest about it.

I did check and it didn’t list the 20% discount. How do I contact AirNB?

@Kelli33 sometimes the 20% discount only applies if the reservation is within certain dates.

(Such as "20% discount for first booking before April 30")

Hi Matthew - I posted my home for the first time this weekend and this weekend I got my first booking.  Because it's only been maybe two days and she is my first booking - she is entitled to the 20%.

I will be trying to reach AirNB to discuss it with them.
