There are only three standard settings for cancellations, the most strict one is only for 50% refund in case of a guest cancelling at any time up to 1 week before arrival. The Super Strict Cancellation policy is by invitation only, so not sure how that would work. I can't imagine a guest ever accepting that when you invite them to do so.

Yes, i cant operate in this way - as i said, i have a cancellation period of up to 84 days prior to arrival - the figures are too large for guests to be able to cancel last minute for me. All of my reservations are taken well in advance (often up to 18 months prior to arrival) - i never receive demand last minute (say, less than 2 months prior to arrival) so without having a properly strict cancellation period, i am left very vulnerable.
I never have any complaints about my own cancellation policy from my regular guests.
