I would appreciate very much if you could help. Yestarday, a guest sent an inquiry for my house, which is pre-approved by me. Then some messages followed. Today, she claims that she can book the house but cannot proceed to the payment page. I enclosed her message. Thank you very much for your attention.

Yes, I verified my profile, but when I go to the button "booking now" I read: The house is not free to this date. I don`t come to the site for transaction. I don`t know why...

Without paying there is no booking.

 

Impossible for you to know what is going wrong, best bet is to tell your Guest to contact AirBnB.
