A guest is requesting a rental agreement & invoice before booking...

I have a ski house. A guest says he is the captain of a ski team for a major college & that in order for their school to pay, they want  me to give them a rental agreement & an invoice before booking. I am willing to do so, but have no idea how to go about this. Can someone tell me how to go about this? Thanks so much!
