Hello all,
We have guests booked for 5 nights but left after 1 night and asking for refund for unused nights, mind you it is New Year's Eve.
There are minor things needed fixing at the house such as clogged on one of the sinks, stain on one of the tubs and fan doesnt work so I am offering a 1 night's refund.
As for the other things like they decided its too far from the beach and too hot to walk in Bali heat I cannot accomodate. It's 1,4KM from the beach and it's on the listing's map. And few other unreasonable complaints, like frog in the open space kitchen that sits on a garden etc. They are nice people, with an older person which I understand, but why do I have to pay for them changing their minds..
I have all conversations on Airbnb and whatsapp screenshot. What do I do?
