I have written to the host asking for 50% of the money back due to mis-selling a quiet building In Manhatten New York where it was impossible to sleep due to loud music from the bar downstairs. Other issues were that there was no communal space in the flat i.e a living room and the 2 rooms each had a bed in them. The one furthest from the bathroom had to walk through the other person's bed space to get to the bathroom. The bathroom had mould on the walls and the kitchen was ill equipped. The patio was full of rubbish.
I want airbnb to get involved in sorting out my request but there is no button and i cannot get through to them. The host has not responded for 3 days now. Is there anything I could do that I am missing?
Thanks
Monica
You should follow the standard procedures for dealing with this type of situation.

write an accurate, concise review but include any good points as well as the "bad".
Thanks Mike, but there does not appear to be a drop down to involve airbnb. It looks as if there is nothing I can do the host does not answer and there is no way of getting airbnb involved.
Monica your best bet is to go to twitter direct message AirbnbHelp and explain in detail. Add photo's you hopefully took. With twitter you will get a quicker response than any other method.
