Air bnb cancels a reservation

Why does air bnb cancel a reservation and never contacts me with explanation

My experience is there is allways some message sent (or a note on the reservation) explaining the issue. Airbnb cancels because:

- Guest profile shows verification errors

- Guest can not make payment

- Guest is under investigation of Trust-and Safety team.

What message is displayed on the (cancelled) reservation request ?
