Airbnb System Not Allowing Me to Make Reservation with My PayPal or My Credit Cards. Please Help!

Hello, all. I am attempting to make a reservation for about ten or eleven days and my payment methods keep being denied. First, my PayPal account is currently locked so it cannot be used. Then attempting either of my debit cards did not work. The error message, whether I use my debit card or PayPal, says:  "Oops, we're unable to complete this booking...Unfortunately, a server error prevented your request from being completed. Airbnb may be undergoing maintenance or your connection may have timed out. Please try again." This is very frustrating because of the urgency of my situation. Please tell me what I am supposed to do before someone else makes a reservation!

You should contact Airbnb support.

To contact them you can ...

Log in and click on "Help" and then type "contact airbnb" in the "Ask a question ..." box. Then click on the "I want to contact Airbnb" link.
Then click on the "Contact page" link near the end of the page.

You can also type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.

I have had such dufficulty all day with the photo requirements.....so cumbersome, so much time/effort and....still it's not fixed. What advice?  Airbnb needs to work on this issue. I fear that my reservation will not be honoured. What to do next?

I had guests that had the same problem, try use a lab top or notebook to upload ur credit card again, some times Airbnb system seems to have problem with uploading or running smoothly when you use a phone

I kept receiving this message for payment through my visa debit account after numerous attempt "This credit card can’t be added right now. Please wait and try again later. You can also try using a previously added credit card or a different way to pay, such as PayPal". Spoke to my bank 4 times already and they cant seem to find any issue from their end. Anyone facing the same problem!
