Can’t get in touc with guests

Hi.

Our current guests are not responding. We have tried to call but their phone is turned off. We’ve also written several messages. We do not know whether they got in.

Can Airbnb help?

@Ida81 Yes, contact Airbnb and ask them to please try to make contact with the guest. They've done this for me a few times with unresponsive guests.
