I am now trying to obtain answer from Airbnb about Aircover. A host make a lot of damage inside my propoerty.
Have open a Aircover claim with photos and invoices to repair.
Since one month my case is open no news at all from Airbnb and when I am in contact with Airbnb assistance they close the discussion each time saying someone will enter in contact with me but nothing....

I am in the same situation. I spent weeks documenting extensive damage, well over $10,000, and even though Airbnb went back and forth with me for weeks requesting documentation, which I spend a TON of time providing, they only offered a $1600 settlement. I am going to do an interview with local media, and I'd like to see if any other care to join me to expose the horrible treatment of superhosts.
